A bearded Mauer

After working out on the minor league side, Joe Mauer headed over to the Twins clubhouse to start unpacking all of his gear. He had tons of boxes, full of new shoes and catcher’s gear. He was also doing his best Nick Blackburn impression by sporting a full beard, which made him look even more like the starter than he already does. He explained that he’d just been at his cabin for a week with J.J. Hardy and that there are “no razors allowed” there.
