Joe will DH at tonight’s game – possibly catching Sunday

Joe Mauer looked good making throws to second base earlier and likely will catch Sunday, though that will depend on how his arm feels in the morning. He is DHing tonight for the fifth straight game, with Drew Butera catching Pavano again.- StarTribune
Mauer hasn’t been behind the plate since last Friday and has been the team’s DH the last four games due to a sore right shoulder. He got a cortisone injection in the shoulder last Saturday. Mauer played catch Friday and said he felt better, but still not good enough to return to catching duties.
